摘要
本文采用短管重现长管中流动状态的方法,实验测量了内径为84.7μm的微细管内气体流动的沿程压力分布。结果表明,当管内气体具有较大的马赫数时,其沿程压力偏离直线分布而下降较快;在层流状态下,与大尺度不可压流动相比,微细管内气体流动具有较大的平均范宁摩擦系数Cf;管径的测试误差为沿程压力测量误差的主要来源。
A new tube-cutting method was employed to measure the pressure distribution along a microtube with diameter of 84.7μm. It was observed that near the exit of the microtube, the pressure drop of gas flow deviated from linear distribution due to higher compressibility. The result of uncertainty analysis revealed that the error of diameter measurement dominated the error of experimental results.
