摘要
在QSPM矩阵的分析框架中融合熵值法,创造性地构建了由基础层、核心层和结果层组成的多方案人才战略决策模型,为多方案人才战略决策提供了更有效、更具操作性的决策工具,提高了人才战略决策的科学性,从而为贯彻落实国家中长期人才发展规划纲要提供支持。
Mixingentropy in the analysis framework of the mairix of QSPM creatively builds a decision-making model of talents strategy which including base layers,core layers and result layers.This research provides a more effective and more operational decision-making tool for talents strategy,it can improve the effectiveness of talents strategy.And this research can support the national long-term talent development plan to implement.
