摘要
银行治理水平是商业银行核心竞争力的重要方面。本文收集了中国13家商业银行2005~2009年的年度财务报告的有关数据,对银行治理现状进行了定量分析,发现业务流程是影响银行治理水平的重要因素。在此基础上,笔者提出,中国商业银行应通过大力推进流程银行建设,包括以客户需求为中心、以业务流程为基础、以信息系统为支持、建立扁平化的组织结构、贯穿全面风险管理等来有效应对银行治理存在的种种问题,彻底提高银行治理水平。
The corporate governance performance for commercial bank reflects its core competitive competences. So this paper collected data of 13 listed commercial banks in China from their annual financial reports (2005 -2009), and then tried to quantify the status of commercial banks governance which includes ownership structure, non - executive directors ratio, executive compensation mechanism and business process, and then synthesized all of the four factors. After these analyses, the author found that business process was one of the most important factors, so we proposed that China commercial banks should promote process bank setting - up actively to help them cope with problems in bank governance, and improve the commercial bank governance performance.
