摘要
文章在分析我国目前存在的两种主要的学科馆员工作模式的基础上,从东北林业大学图书馆的实际情况出发,论述了实施整合式学科馆员制度的必要性,提出与之配套的从预备型学科馆员到服务型学科馆员再到研究型学科馆员的阶梯发展模式,并就学科馆员工作模式、职责以及学科馆员的组织管理等具体问题进行深入探讨。
Based on the analysis of the existing two major working patterns of subject librarians in China and the actual situation of Northeast Forestry University Library, this article discusses the necessity to adopt the integrated system of subject librarian, and proposes a ladder-style development model for subject librarian system, from preparatory-type subject librarian to service-type subject librarian, and to research-type subject librarian. Some detailed discussions are also given to such topics as work model, position responsibilities, organization and management of subject librarian.
