The paper takes two important historical periods, the Weixin Reform and Xinhai Revolution, in modern history as the background, and the modern periodicals published in Zhejiang as the example, to summarize and introduce the starting publication histories of the periodicals, which have a great influence on the politics, economy and culture, and have distinct characteristics of that time, and can be regarded as the social miniature of the time, and have very important historical and documentary values.
