Design of Threaded Flue Tube DZL Series Boilers with Standard Elliptical Heads

给出了标准椭球形封头螺纹烟管 Ｄ Ｚ Ｌ 系列锅炉的基本结构形式和它的显著优点，论证了该系列锅炉与 Ｋ Ｚ Ｌ和拱形管板锅炉之间的温度应力变化的差别并给出了该系列锅炉的基本结构参数，对该型锅炉的发展有探索意义。

Given in this paper are the basic construction form and conspicuous advantages of threaded flue tube DZL series boilers with standard elliptical heads. Discussed is the difference of perature stress variation among the above cited boilers, KZL and arch shaped tube plate boilers. Also presented are the basic structural parameters of DZL series boilers, in the belief that they can be helpful for the further study and development of such boilers.
