我国风电大规模集中开发有关问题探讨

Discussions on Large-Scaled and Centralized Development of Wind Power in China

近年来,在诸多有利因素作用下我国风电发展十分迅速,大规模集中开发也带来一些问题。对风电发展与电网发展的协调性、风电的调峰、风电的消纳、大规模风电的远距离送出等问题进行了探讨,并对我国风电消纳市场、风电送出方式(包括本地接入方式和集中送出方式)、风电与其他电源协调发展和联合送出等问题展开论述,最后提出相关建议。

In recent years, thanks to many facilitative factors, wind power in China has developed rapidly, while some problems have also emerged. This paper investigates the balance between the development of wind power and that of the power grid, peak regulation for wind power, wind power consumption, as well as long-distance transmission of large-scaled wind power. It also discusses the wind power consumption, the selection of the wind power delivery method （including local access and centralized sending）, and the balanced development as well as combined transmission of the wind power and other power sources. Some constructive suggestions are provided at the conclusion.
