摘要
对海南电力线路树障的影响因素进行了分析,针对这些因素提出了相应的解决方式,对其中涉及投资费用的解决方案,采用全寿命周期成本控制法进行了建模,并针对不同树木在不同生长阶段的清理方案进行了经济论证,最后优选出不同类型树木在不同生长阶段应当采用的树障解决方案,从而为海南电网树障解决方案的选择提供了科学的理论依据。
Tree barrier hazards seriously affect the safe operation of the power grids, therefore imposing risks on power enterprises. This paper analyzes factors accounting for the power line tree barriers in Hainan, and proposes corresponding solutions. Models for the solutions involving cost of investment are established with the LCC method. Schemes for clearing different trees in different growth phases are economically evaluated and compared. An optimized one is chosen as the suitable solution for each type of trees in different growth phases, serving as a scientific theoretical basis for choosing tree barrier solutions for Hainan power grids.
