CCS in China: Status Quo,Prospect and Obstacles

经济增长、能源结构和环境容量决定了CCS是我国应对气候变化的重要战略选择。介绍了我国CCS政策制定、技术研发、项目示范、国际合作等方面的现状,从潜力、成本、国情等视角分析了CCS发展的前景,从能耗、技术、资金、市场、环境等维度揭示了CCS发展的障碍,并提出了若干对策建议。

Subjected to economic growth, energy structure, and environmental capacity, CCS is an important strategic choice that China has made to address climate change. While reviewing the status quo of CCS in policy-making, research and development, project demonstration and international cooperation, this paper examines its prospect based on the potential, cost, as well as China＇s basic conditions. The paper also discusses possible obstacles to CCS development with respect to energy consumption, technology, capital, market and environment, and proposes the corresponding suggestions.
