摘要
介绍了合同能源管理的特点及其模式、国内外的发展现状和先进管理服务经验,指出了这一新型节能机制在我国节能产业发展过程中存在的问题,并为我国继续推广合同能源管理提出了相关建议。
This paper introduces the characteristics and model of energy management contract, the development status and advanced management service experiences at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems of this new energy saving mechanism existing in the development process of our country＇s energy-saving industries. Some suggestions are proposed on promoting energy management contract in China.
