摘要
目的:通过对我校在校医学生营养教育前后营养知识、态度及饮食行为的调查,为今后的营养学教育提供参考依据。方法:选取在校生318名,对营养学知识、态度及饮食行为进行问卷调查。结果:营养教育前后营养知识的知晓率差异有显著性(P<0.01),医学生有较强的健康饮食意识,在饮食行为方面营养教育后虽有明显改善,但仍然存在盲目节食、不吃早餐等不良饮食行为。结论:课堂教育对提高医学士营养知识、饮食行为有重要作用,在加强课堂教育的同时,注重综合性的教育引导,用良好的营养知识、积极的饮食态度去改善饮食行为,促进身体健康。
Objective:To find the existing problems in medical students in our college before and after nutritional education by investigating nutritional knowledge,attitude and diet behavior to provide reference for future nutritional education.Methods:318 enrolled students were selected and performed the investigation on nutritional knowledge,attitude and diet behavior by questionnaire.Results:The awareness rate of nutritional knowledge had significant difference before and after nutritional education(P0.01).The medical students had strong healthy eating consciousness.Their diet behaviors were obviously improved after nutritional education,but unhealthy eating behaviors such as blind weight-loss diet and skipping breakfast still existed.Conclusion:The class education has important role in increasing the nutritional knowledge and improving diet behavior of students.The class education should be strengthened,at the same time,more attention should be paid to the comprehensive education guide,to improve the diet behavior and promote the physical health by using better nutritional knowledge and active diet behavior.
