摘要
详细介绍了一种基于前馈的多环复合控制设计及硬件实现。采用输出电压有效值反馈和输出电流前馈及直流母线电压前馈的多环复合控制系统,搭建仿真模型和分析仿真的波形。同时也详细介绍了逆变单元所采用的SKiiP类型IPM的优点,逆变器输出端LC滤波器参数的设计方法。简要介绍了一下岸电变频电源的硬件结构。最后在样机上进行实验,结果表明系统所采用的控制方案和硬件结构可以使系统具有良好的动态和静态性能,完全满足工业标准的要求。
A multiple-loop and compound controller based on feedforward control is presented in detail,which involves feedback of RMS of the output voltage,feedforward of the output current and feedfordward of the DC voltage.The whole system is modeled and simulated with Matlab software,and the waveform of simulation is presented.The advantages of SKiiP are presented,as well as the design method of LC filter parameters.The hardware structure of SPS(Shore Power Supply) is briefly introduced.In the end,the results of the control system is confirmed in the prototype instrument,the results show that the system with its control scheme and hardware structure has better dynamic and static performance,which meets the industrial production completely.
