通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Tongxinluo Capsule in treatment of angina pectoris

目的:探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院冠心病心绞痛患者84例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,在常规治疗的基础上,分别采用不同的药物治疗冠心病心绞痛,通过对比,分析通心络胶囊的疗效。结果:比较两组患者治疗后的心绞痛症状,对照组总有效率76.19%,观察组90.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后心电图改善情况,对照组总有效率54.76%,观察组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组无明显的不良反应,对照组有3例患者出现不良反应。结论:临床应用通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods：84 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital were selected as the research subbjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group（42 cases in each group）.Different drugs were used to treat angina pectoris on the base of routine treatment.Then the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo Capsule was evaluated through comparative analysis.Results：Comparing the angina symptoms of two groups after treatment,the total effective rate was 76.19% in the control group and 90.48% in the observation group with significant differences（P0.05）.Comparing ECG improvement of two groups after treatment,the total effective rate was 54.76% in the observation group and 76.19% in the observation group with significant differences（P0.05）.There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,but no cases in the observation group.Conclusion：Tongxinluo Capsule is safe and effective in clinical treatment of angina pectoris,which is worthy of being promoted in clinical use.
