电针对急性脊髓损伤大鼠氧化应激反应的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的:观察电针对脊髓损伤后大鼠氧化应激反应的影响。方法:采用Allen s法制备急性脊髓损伤模型。动物分为假手术组、模型组、电针组。电针组造模成功后电针治疗14天,选用双心腧、双脾腧作为治疗穴位,测定脊髓中的SOD、MDA和GSH-Px含量变化。结果:电针组SOD、GSH-Px含量均有不同程度的上升,与模型组相比有显著性和非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。电针组MDA含量下降,与模型组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:电针能提高急性脊髓损伤模型大鼠SOD、GSH-Px活性及降低MDA含量,从而降低自由基的损害,保护神经细胞,对损伤脊髓的修复有积极的治疗作用。 Objective:To explore the effects of electroacupuncture on oxidative stress reaction on spinal cord injured rats.Methods:We used Allen's method to copy model of acute spinal cord injury.The rats were assigned into 3 groups randomly: the electroacupuncture group,the model group,the sham group.After the modeling,electroacupuncture treatment for 14d and used double heart Meridian,Spleen Meridian for the treatment of point.We determined the content of SOD,MDA and GSH-Px in the spinal cord.Results:The levers of SOD and GSH-Px of the electroacupuncture group were raised in different degrees.The differences were obvious between the electroacupuncture group and model group(P0.05,P0.01).The levers of MDA of the electroacupuncture group were reduced in different degrees.The differences were obvious between the electroacupuncture groups and model group(P0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of electroacupuncture can raise SOD,GSH-Px and reduce MDA and has advantageous performance to the acute spinal cord injury,and is useful to reduce the harm of free radicals and protect the nerve cells.
