摘要
介绍了啤酒生产中热麦汁冷却工艺由二段法改为一段法的工艺流程,并根据热平衡原理计算出其节电、节水、节煤等节能效果。经6年多的实践证明,该技改产生了显著的经济效益。
The paper introduce the improvement of wort cooling technology for beer production, by which the process flow for hot wort to be cooled is changed from two-step way into one-step way. And according to the heat balance prin-ciple the whole amounts of saing energy sources about elctricity, water coal and so on have been calculated.Over6 year's practice, it is proven that the great economic benefits have been brought by the improvement.
