Raney-Ni催化加氢制备3-(β-羟乙基砜基)苯胺

Preparation of 3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-aniline by catalytic hydrogenation of 3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-nitrobenzene

3-(β-羟乙基砜基)苯胺是一种重要的染料中间体。它可以由3-(β-羟乙基砜基)硝基苯还原制得。置于高压反应釜中,加入Raney-Ni催化剂,在温度90℃、3MPa的氢气压力下,反应4～5h,制备3-(β-羟乙基砜基)苯胺,该种合成方法工艺简单,质量好,同时不造成环境污染。

3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-aniline was an important dye intermediate.Synthesis of 3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-aniline was studied by reducing 3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-nitrobenzene with Raney-Ni catalyst.Put 3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-nitrobenzene which was mixed with water in high pressure reactor.3-hydroxyethylsulfonyl-aniline was prepared on the condition that temperature on 90℃,the pressure 3.0 MPa,the reaction time 4～5 h.This Synthesis method was simple and environally friendly.At the same time,the quality of the product was better.
