摘要
本文研究了八羰基二钴催化合成邻氯苯乙酸,考察了不同反应条件对产率的影响,优化出最佳反应条件。实验表明:在常压下,醇水体积比为2∶1,碱质量分数为30%,催化剂与邻氯氯苄物质的量比为1∶40,反应温度为50℃,产率可达74.5%。
O-Clorophenylacetic acid was synthesed by catalyst of dicobalt octacarbonyl.The influential factors on the reaction were investigated.The optimum condition was obtained.The experimental results indicated the optimum conditions were: at atmospheric pressure,the volume ratio of methanol and water was 2∶1,alkaline concentration was 30%,the molar ratio of catalyst and o-chlorobenzyl chloride was 1∶40,the temperature of reaction was 50 ℃.The yield could reach 74.5%.
