摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,中医临床辨证治疗研究越来越多。从本虚(气血阴阳、脾肾),标实(毒浊、痰瘀)进行了综述,总结了临床辨证治疗的原则和方向,为临床治疗提供循证依据;为临床选药、选方提供依据,提高临床疗效。
Diabetic Nephropathy is one of serious complications of diabetes. The study of Chinese clinical differentiation treatment is becoming more and more popular. This article reviews the deficient syndrome（ yin and yang, qi and blood, spleen and kidney） , and sthenia syndrome （toxic cloud, phlegm and blood stasis） , sum- marized principle and direction of the clinical treatment for differentiation treatment, to provide evidence in evidence -based treatment and to select clinical medicine and prescription to enhance clinical efficacy.
