三七三醇皂苷、硫酸镁联用对大鼠局灶脑缺血后梗死体积、细胞凋亡及caspase-3 mRNA表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究三七三醇皂苷(PTS)、硫酸镁联用对局灶脑缺血大鼠的神经保护作用。方法:用大脑中动脉栓塞法制作局灶脑缺血模型,观察三七三醇皂苷、硫酸镁单用及联用7天后,大鼠神经功能缺损、脑梗死体积、凋亡细胞数及caspase-3 mRNA的表达。结果:与模型组相比,三七三醇皂苷、硫酸镁单用及两药联用组脑梗死体积减小,caspase-3 mRNA表达、凋亡细胞数均减少,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两药联用组脑梗死体积、caspase-3 mRNA表达、凋亡细胞数较两药单用组减少(P<0.05)。三七三醇皂苷组与硫酸镁组相比各项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:三七三醇皂苷与硫酸镁联用对局灶脑缺血的神经保护有协同作用。
