分析了温州市已有房产信息系统数据的状况与不足,研究了以地理信息数据为基础进行房产数据整合的过程,实现了房产空间数据和属性数据的一体化存储和管理。

We analyze the situation and disadvantages of current real estate information system in Wenzhou. We study the integration of graphic and attribute data based on Geodatabase. And we realize the integrated memory of the attribute data and the spatial data.
