PEG浸种对潍县萝卜陈种子活力及幼苗抗逆性的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以4个年份常温贮藏的潍县萝卜陈种子为材料,研究了不同贮藏年限潍县萝卜种子活力的变化以及不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)处理对陈种子活力及其幼苗抗逆性的影响。结果表明:潍县萝卜种子活力随贮藏时间的延长而逐渐降低,室温贮藏2年对种子活力影响不大;潍县萝卜陈种子经PEG处理后,提高了种子活力及其幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性和脯氨酸含量,幼苗抗逆性得到增强;不同贮藏年限的潍县萝卜种子最佳PEG处理浓度存在较大差异,室温贮藏3年的种子采用300 mg/L处理为佳,而贮藏4年的种子即使经过PEG处理,因发芽率较低,达不到国家规定的萝卜良种标准,不能作为生产用种。 In this study,with Weixian radish seeds harvested in for four years and stored at room temperature as material to study different storage time on seed vigor and the relationships among seed vigor,stress resistance of seedlings,and polyethylene glycol(PEG) concentration after soaking with PEG.The results showed that vigor of radish seeds decreased with storage time,and two years stored at room temperature had little effect on seed vigor.After soaked with PEG,seed vigor improved,POD of seedling enhanced,and proline content increased.However,the most appropriate PEG concentration was different for radish seeds stored different years.The seeds germination rate was the highest which stored at room temperature for three years and treated with 300 mg/L PEG.The Weixian radish seeds could not be used as seeds stored for more than four years at room temperature,because the seed germination rate was below the radish seed standards,even though treated with PEG.
