摘要
目的:了解铜仁市城区学龄前儿童体内微量元素的含量状况。方法:采用原子吸收光谱仪检测4 100例学龄前儿童体内钙、铁、锌的含量。结果:该市区学龄前儿童缺钙率为14.14%,缺铁率为13.66%,缺锌率为17.32%,高钙率为0.73%。结论:提示铜仁市城区学龄前儿童微量元素失衡比较普遍,必须加强对学龄前儿童的营养管理,定期监测学龄前儿童微量元素含量,制定科学的干预措施,做到早发现,早治疗。
Objective: To understand the trace elements situation of pre - school children in Tongren city . Methods: The detections of calcium, iron, zinc were tested by atomic absorption spectrometer in 4100 pre - school children. Results: The rate of calcium deficiency 14. 12% , the rate of iron deficiency was 13.66% , the rate of zinc deficiency was 17.32%, the rate of higher calcium was 0. 73% in pre - school children. Conclusion. The imbalance of trace elements in the urban preschool children is more common, it is need to strengthen the management of the preschool children's nutrition, to regular monitoring the trace element nutrition in preschool children, to develop scientific interventions to achieve early detection and early treatment.
