摘要 以不同生态区不同品种甜樱桃为试材,研究品种和生态因子对甜樱桃果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同品种甜樱桃果实单果重、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和VC含量有极显著差异;生态因子对甜樱桃果实品质有显著影响,其中气候因子对甜樱桃果实品质综合影响程度为果实可滴定酸含量>可溶性固形物含量>果实单果重;土壤各因子和海拔高度对果实品质综合影响程度为果实单果重>可溶性固形物含量>可滴定酸含量。 The effect of varieties and ecological factors on the fruit quality of the cherry were studied.The results indicated that different cherry varieties had a distinct difference in fruit quality.Ecological factors had distinct effect on fruit quality.The sequence of correlated degree of the respective climatic factors to the 3 quality indexes of the cherry fruit was:titratable acidsoluble solidmean fruit weight;The sequence of correlated degree of the respective soil factors and altitude to the 3 quality indexes of the cherry fruit was:mean fruit weightsoluble solidtitratable acid.
