摘要 用饱满的微型观赏石榴种子为材料,以MS为基础培养基,添加不同浓度植物生长调节剂(NAA、6-BA)对种子进行无菌萌发试验,并对形成的愈伤组织及试管植株进行快速增殖和生根研究。结果表明:微型观赏石榴种子无菌萌发的适宜配方为MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L+AC 0.3mg/L;最佳增殖配方为MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+KT 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L;最佳生根配方为MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 1.5~2.0mg/L+NAA 1.5~2.0mg/L。 Used flush tiny pomegranate seeds as materials,took MS as basic medium,and added with different concentration of plant growth regulators(NAA,6-BA) to test sterile germination,carried out rapid proliferation and rooting study on callus formation.The results showed that the suitable formula for ornamental pomegranate seed germination was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+AC 0.3 mg/L;the best formula for multiplication was MS+ 6-BA 1.5 mg/L+KT 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;the best formula for rooting was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 1.5~2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.5~2.0 mg/L。
