摘要
以桃杂种单株‘2-7'带腋芽茎段为试材,对桃离体培养进行优化。结果表明:MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L IBA培养基中腋芽诱导率最高达88.89%;MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L IBA培养基增殖系数最高2.37;试管内培养出的健壮新梢,接种于0.5mg/L IBA的1/2MS培养基中10d后转入无生长调节剂的1/2MS培养基中光/暗(12h/12h)周期下生根效果较好,生根率达90.6%。
