提出了电梯能源效率利用状况分析的重要性，并通过对衢州市范围内的电梯能源利用状况的检测、普查与分析，建立起衢州市在用电梯能源利用效率基本数据库，为衢州市乃至浙江省电梯管理部门实施电梯的节能审查和监管提供技术支撑。

Based on the test, general survey and analysis of the energy consumption of elevatorsin Quzhou city, the energy consumption efficiency basic database in Quzhou was built. It will support the energy saving arrangement of Quzhou city and Zhejiang province＇s elevator arrangement units in the technology.
