摘要
气息图案法是一种制备规整多孔薄膜的新方法,该方法在高湿度环境下进行,并使用高挥发、非水溶性的溶剂。通过溶剂快速挥发所引起的暂时低温,诱使水蒸气在溶液表面凝结成规整水滴阵列,从而引导溶质围绕阵列自发形成规整多孔薄膜,全过程廉价、便捷。为促进该方法广泛而深入的研究,本文针对其近年来的研究现状,尤其是面向实用的特点,着重从其结构形成机理研究、薄膜材质寻找、薄膜结构与性能控制、薄膜应用性实验四个方面对其研究进展进行综述。
Breath figure method is a novel approach to prepare ordered porous films. The method is carried out under high humidity, and uses high-volatile, non-water-soluble solvent. The temporary low-temperature caused by the rapid evaporation of solvent induces the water vapor to form an ordered array of droplets. By the guidance of the array, solute forms an ordered porous film spontaneously. The whole process is cheap and convenient. In order to promote the broad and deep investigation on this method, this paper aimed at the recent research of it, especially the characteristics for practical, and reviewed the progress in breath figure method's investigation on the formation mechanism, the selection of materials, the control of surface property and application of the films in recent years.
