摘要 利用浓香型白酒生产中产生的副产物黄水为培养基培养灵芝菌丝体。通过单因素试验优化了培养条件,其最适培养条件为:初始pH值为6.0、接种量9%、装液量90mL/250mL、温度27℃、转速150r/min、培养8d,灵芝菌丝体干重可达1.308g/100mL,表明利用黄水培养灵芝菌丝体可行。 Waste water, the by-product in the production of strong-flavor liquor, was utilized to produce the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum. The optimum fermentation conditions were obtained as follows: initial pH 6.0, flask volume 90ml/250ml, inoculum 9%, temperature 27℃, rotating speed of shaker flask 150r/min and fermentation time 8d. Under these conditions, the maximum biomass yield was 1.308g/100ml. This indicated that the culture of Ganoderma lucidum with yellow water was feasible.
