新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤1,4,5-三磷酸肌醇的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨缺氧缺血性脑损伤时脑第二信使 1,4,5 -三磷酸肌醇 (IP3)变化 ,本研究在生后 7日龄新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型上采用放射蛋白竞争结合法进行 IP3测定。结果显示 :正常生后 7、8、9日新生大鼠脑额叶脑皮质、海马及丘脑 IP3含量不同 ;生后 7日龄新生大鼠缺氧缺血后额叶脑皮质、海马 IP3降低 ,丘脑 IP3 升高 ,动态观察上述变化以缺氧缺血后72小时明显 ,2 4小时之内显著。提示 :缺氧缺血性脑损伤时脑第二信使 1,4,5 In order to investigate changes of inositol 1,4,5 trisphosphate (IP 3)during h ypoxicischemic brain damage (HIBD) in neonatal rat brain, using a rat model of H IBD, the brain IP 3 concentration was examined. The results showed that: there was no difference in IP 3 content among normal postnatal day 7,8,9 rat brian, b ut IP 3 of cerebral cortex and hippocampus wre lower than that of thalamus. Aft er HIBD, IP 3 of cerebral cortex and hippocampus were decreased, thalamus IP 3 concentration was increased. All these changes were obvious within 72 hours pos t HIBD. These results suggest that second messenger system disterbance was exist during HIBD, which may play a part role in mechanism of HIBD..
