阐述了气力输送技术的工作原理、工艺流程及主要特点,针对闪速炼铜工艺中粉料的特殊性和复杂性,就不同粉料的气力输送,提出了最佳应用方案,为铜冶炼工厂对现有粉料输送改造或新建铜冶炼项目中粉料气力输送技术的选择和设计提供了参考。
The working principle, technological process and main characteristics of pneumatic conveying technology are reviewed. The optimal application schemes for the pneumatic conveying of different bulk materials are put forward according to the particularity and complexity of bulk materials in Copper Flash Smelting. The optimal schemes can be used to improve the bulk material conveying system of existing copper smelters, or used to design the pneumatic conveying system of bulk materials for the new copper smelting proiect.
