贵冶2#闪速炉自投产以来,排烟系统堵塞现象经常发生,严重影响铜酸系统满负荷作业。分析了排烟系统堵塞形成的原因,并提出了解决排烟系统堵塞的措施。
The clogging in exhaust system had often occurred seriously since the operation of the second Flash Smelting Furnace in Guixi Smelter. It limited the copper acid system operation at full capacity. The reasons for the formation of exhaust system clogging were analyzed. Some measurements to reduce the exhaust system clogging were proposed.
