摘要
以高山杜鹃"粉金蝶"为试验材料,研究不同蔗糖处理对开花过程中花色生理特性的影响,以期提高花卉品质。结果表明:各处理对提高花瓣的花青素苷含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性和查耳酮异构酶(CHI)活性均有明显效果,花瓣色泽得到改善。综合各项指标,认为0.5 mol/L蔗糖处理效果最明显。
The influence of different concentration of sucrose on some physiological characteristics in petal of Rhododendron lapponicum "Cosmopolitan" is studied during flowering process.The results show that the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) and chalcone isomerase(CHI) has been remarkably improved,the content of anthocyanin increased with perfect flower color.All the physiological indices considered,it is concluded that the treatment of 0.5 mol/L sucrose has significant positive effects.
