摘要
对鸭梨及其自花结实变异品种——"金坠梨"和"魏县阎庄自花结实鸭梨"的自花授粉表现、花柱抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量、内源激素含量及比值进行了研究。结果表明:"金坠梨"和"魏县阎庄自花结实鸭梨"自花授粉后,花粉管能进入花柱,在沿花柱向子房伸长途中未被抑制,花粉管能顺利通过花柱进入胚囊,并能完成受精作用。鸭梨的自花结实变异品种"金坠梨"和"魏县阎庄自花结实鸭梨"的花柱中POD活性和MDA含量极显著低于鸭梨;气球期花柱中促进生长的激素(GA3,ZR,IAA)含量高,促进生长的激素与抑制生长的激素(ABA)比值较高,从而有利于花粉萌发和花粉管生长,利于花粉管顺利通过花柱进入胚囊,完成受精作用,导致自交亲和。
Self-pollinated behavior,activities of SOD,POD,CAT and the content of MDA,hormones contents and ratios in full-white styles of Yali pear and its self-fruitfulness mutations that were "Jinzhuili pear" and "Weixianyanzhuangzihuajieshiyali pear" were studied.The results showed that pollen tubes of "Jinzhuili pear" and "Weixianyanzhuangzihuajieshiyali pear" after self pollinated could grow into the styles,and hadn′t been inhibited in styles,the pollen tubes could get into megaspore,and completed fertilization.POD activities and MDA contents in styles of self-fruitfulness mutations of Yali pear that were "Jinzhuili pear" and "Weixianyanzhuangzihuajieshiyali" were very significantly lower than that of Yali pear;hormones contents of promoted growth such as GA3,ZR,IAA in styles of self-fruitfulness mutations of Yali pear were higher than that of ABA,and the ratios of GA3/ABA,IAA/ABA,ZR/ABA and(GA3+IAA+ZR)/ABA were higher than that of Yali pear,which was beneficial to pollen germination and pollen tube growth,and helped pollen tubes get into megaspore,complete fertilization,and thereby resulted in self-compatibility.
