摘要
通过检测胃肠道癌症患者肿瘤中心组织、癌旁组织的端粒酶活性，探讨肿瘤手术切缘的安全性。方法分别取肿瘤中心组织及肿瘤上下切缘各２ｃｍ、４ｃｍ组织共５处，用ＴＲＡＰ银染显色法检测各部分端粒酶的活性。结果１５例胃癌中端粒酶阳性９３．３％。癌旁距肿瘤边缘２ｃｍ，阳性２０％，４ｃｍ以上均为阴性。１０例直肠癌中端粒酶阳性率为８０％，癌旁距肿瘤２ｃｍ阳性率为１０％，４ｃｍ以上皆为阴性。结论肿瘤的中心部分与边缘组织的端粒酶活性存在显著性差异，而且与离肿瘤的距离有关，
Objective To detect the telomerase activities(TA) in the tumor center and peripheral tissues ofPatients with gastrointestinal cancer, and explore the security of tumor surgical ~us. Methods Detected TA in5 different tissues of each pahents, including t-umor center,2cm up and down,4cm up and down from the center withTRAP. Results In 15 cases with gastric cancers, TA could be detected: in tUmor centers,93. 3%; 2cm away,20%; 4cm away. negative. In 10 cases with rectal cancers: center, 80%; 2cm away, 10%;4cm away, also negative.Conclusion The TA in cancer center is st-cantly different from margin tissues, and is relative with the distance from the center.
