目的为加强我国药品不良反应(ADR)监测体系建设提出对策。方法联系实际,逐一分析我国目前ADR监测体系存在的各种问题。结果与结论健全监测体系,完善配套法规;普及监测网络,实现资源共享;加大宣传和教育的力度,建立健全ADR监测队伍;谨慎用药,避免不必要的ADR发生,才能保证患者用药安全,提高人类生命质量,推动医药事业蓬勃发展。

Objective To Provide the solution for ADR monitoring system problems.Methods Combined with the reality,to analyze various existing problems in ADR monitoring system in China.Results and Conclusion We must strengthen the monitoring system,improve the supporting laws and regulations;widespread monitoring network and share the resources;strengthen the depth of publicity and education,to establish an effective ADR monitoring team;careful medication,to avoid unnecessary ADR occurred in order to ensure the patient medication safety,improve the quality of human life,while promoting the pharmaceutical industry to flourish.
