摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸林可霉素注射液中苯甲醇的含量。方法采用DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18色谱柱;流动相:0.05mol.L-1硼砂溶液(用85%磷酸溶液调节pH值至5.0)-甲醇-乙腈(67∶33∶2),检测波长:214nm;进样量:10μL。结果苯甲醇在0.01903~0.32572mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.6%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于测定盐酸林可霉素注射液中苯甲醇的含量。
Objective To establish the determination method of benzyl alcohol in lincomycin hydrochloride injection by HPLC.Methods DiamonsilTM C18 column was used.0.05mol·L-1 borax solution(adjust to pH 5.0 with 85% phosphoric acid)-methanol-acetonitrile(67∶33∶2) was mixed well as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was 214nm.The injection volume was 10μL.Results The linear range of benzyl alcohol was within 0.01903~0.32572mg·mL-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.6%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the quality control of benzyl alcohol in Lincomycin Hydrochloride Injection.
