摘要
燃气窑炉是陶瓷生产企业的重要耗能设备,合理利用窑炉的余热对于陶瓷企业的节能降耗有着十分重要的意义。本研究针对某公司隧道窑及干燥房用能系统进行整体节能分析,并基于热平衡测试结果,提出了隧道窑余热回收利用方案,并对该方案可能起到的节能效果进行了初步核算,预计可节省6.87%的燃料消耗,节能效益非常可观。
Ceramic gas furnace is an important energy-consuming equipment in ceramic manufacture.Reasonable use of waste heat from the furnace's energy consumption has great significance for the ceramic enterprises.An overall energy saving analysis was carried out on the tunnel kiln and dry room system in this study.Based on the thermal balance test results,the tunnel kiln heat recycling scheme was put forward and a preliminary accounting was conducted,in which savings were expected to be 6.87% in fuel consumption.The energy conservation benefit of proposed heat recyding scheme is considerable.
