摘要
我国正在大规模建设原油储备库,从节能降耗的角度出发,对易凝高粘原油应采取常温储存技术,这就需要开发切实可行的输转原油时的加热技术,对于原油在罐内的沉积问题,需要掌握其沉积规律,形成抑制和清除蜡、沥青质和胶质沉积的技术,以便提高储罐的有效利用率。针对上述问题,对国内外相关文献资料进行调研并提出若干建议。
Many crude oil reserve depots have been and will be constructed in China.In view of energy conservation,the high-pour-point crude and viscous heavy crude should be stored at normal temperature.The feasible heating technology should be developed so that the crude oil can be transported fluently.For the deposition of the crude oil in storage tank,the mechanism should be cleared out and the technologies for prohibiting and removing the deposition of wax,asphaltene and resin should be studied in order to increase the utilization percentage of oil tank.A lot of domestic and foreign literatures have been consulted for the issues above.Some proposals have been suggested.
