摘要
以枫杨心材与边材为研究对象,分析比较它们的纤维形态、化学组成和制浆性能的差异。结果表明:枫杨心材与边材的纤维平均长度分别为817、958μm,长宽比分别为40.50、43.87,壁腔比分别为0.40、0.36。心材与边材的综纤维素质量分数分别为83.65%、81.46%,木质素质量分数分别为16.10%、21.36%,α纤维素质量分数分别为48.25%、48.82%,枫杨心材与边材均是优良的造纸用材。用碱量和保温时间是影响枫杨边材硫酸盐法制浆性能的主要因素。在相同的制浆工艺条件下,枫杨边材浆料的卡伯值低于心材,得率和黏度高于心材,边材比心材更适合用作造纸原料。
A study was conducted to discuss the differences in fiber feature,chemical composition and pulping property between heartwood and sapwood of Pterocarya stenoptera.Results showed that the fiber lengths in heartwood and sapwood were 817 and 958 μm,the length width ratios in heartwood and sapwood 40.50 and 43.87,and the wall lumen ratios 0.40 and 0.36 respectively.The contents of holocellulose in heartwood and sapwood were 83.65% and 81.46%,and the contents of lignin 16.10% and 21.36%,and the contents of α-cellulose 48.25% and 48.82%,respectively.Both the heartwood and sapwood of P.stenoptera are suitable to be used as pulping materials.Alkali charge and holding time are major influencing factors on pulping properties of sapwood in P.stenoptera.Under the same technical conditions of pulping,the pulp of the sapwood of P.stenoptera had lower Kappa number and higher yield and viscosity compared with that of the heartwood.The sapwood is better than the heartwood as pulping materials.
