短切碳纤维木质复合材料导电性能数值分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用施胶木材纤维作为主体材料,加入短切碳纤维制成具有导电性能的短切碳纤维木质复合材料(SCFRW),通过表面电阻率测量实验,得到SCFRW表面电阻率离散数据。数据分析结果显示,碳纤维的加入赋予了复合材料良好的导电特性,且表面电阻率与温度呈现出负效应关系。为了更直观描述SCFRW样板表面电阻率在17~80℃连续的变化规律,采用最小二乘法构建线性及非线性导电性能模型。对模型拟合均方差的对比分析结果表明,非线性最小二乘数学模型拟合效果较好,能更有效地表达SCFRW导电性能的变化趋势,可为功能复合材料微观结构与宏观性能的有机结合提供可靠基础依据。 An experiment was conducted to prepare short carbon fiber reinforced wood(SCFRW) with electrical conductivity using glue wood fiber as main material mixed with short carbon fiber.The discrete surface resistivity data of SCFRW were obtained through surface resistivity test.The data analysis showed that carbon fiber addition contributed to good conductivity of the composite material,and the resistivity was negatively correlated with temperature.To describe the changing rule of the surface resistivity of SCFRW samples at 17-80 degrees C more directly,linear and nonlinear conductivity models were established based on the least-squares method.Comparison results of the fitting mean-square deviation of the models showed that the nonlinear least-squares mathematical model had a satisfactory effect,and it could show the variation trend of SCFRW conductivity more effectively.
