摘要
为满足森林资源实物量调查工作向后续资产评估工作提供森林资源的种类、数量、质量和分布等基础数据的要求,研究和建立了核查系统,分析了外业调查及内业处理模式,开发一套完整的空间数据及属性数据的统一管理的专项软件,实现调查内容、计算方法的统一控制,保证调查质量。系统采用C#开发语言及组件GIS二次开发包进行系统开发,实现拟扭转地块的空间显示与定位、面积测量、GIS分析功能及属性数据的增、删、改、校验、派生、汇总等功能。系统对调查过程进行了规范,减少不必要人为误差,简化传统的调查成果核算流程,确保质量,提高了工作效率。
A checking system for physical quantity of forest resources was established in order to meet the requirements of the basic data(type,quantity,quality and distribution) for the resource assessment.A complete set of special software on the unified management of spatial data and attribute data was developed through analyzing the mode of outdoor investigation and indoor processing,which achieves a unified control of investigation content and calculation methods and ensures survey quality.The system achieves the display and location of land resources,the measurement of area,GIS analysis as well as the insertion,deletion,update, verification,derivation and summary of the attribute data based on C language and the secondary development kit for GIS.The application of the system normalizes the investigation process,reduces the unnecessary human error,and simplifies the conventional checking procedure on investigation result;thereby the system can ensure quality and improve work efficiency.
