摘要
以3500B型柴油机为例,讨论发动机失效中的杂质对部件损坏的机理。杂质颗粒对柴油机的损害是不能忽视的重要方面。利用模拟软件分析小尺寸杂质颗粒损坏部件后的应力分布云图,从而清楚地了解微小杂质颗粒是如何对关键部位产生破坏性应力,从而提升广大技术工作者对防止杂质颗粒对部件损坏的重视程度,为减少杂质对部件损坏的现场实际操作提供理论依据。
Taking the 3500B type model diesel engine for example, talk about the the reasons of preventing the impurity grains damaging the diesel engine^parts. It is a major problem that cannot be ignored. The stress contour of the diesel engine parts which are damaged form the impurity grains can be obtained from using the simulation method . Consequently, it can be clearly realized that how can the grains damage the critical parts, it can also make most of the technicians pay more attention to this problem, and it can provide the theoretical basis guiding the site.
