齿科材料的粘接与力学性能

摘要 采用插层原位复合方法即将有机改性的层状无机物加入到聚合物单体溶液中振动搅拌制法,合成了高聚物复合材料。通过化学和物理化学的方法,首先进行了功能设计与分子设计并阐明了结构的构型,然后探讨界面反应性、机械性及生物相容性和安全问题,提高了材料的强度、韧性等力学性能。该材料经临床应用粘接效果良好,但材料色泽较深,需要改进。 A high polymer composite material is synthesized by means of intercalation in-situ compounding, which adds layer inorganic materials modified by organics into monomer solution and then uses vibratory stir. The function and molecular design is carried out and the structure is illuminated firstly by chemistry and physical chemistry method. And then the surface reactivity, mechanical performance, biocompatibility and safety are discussed, and the mechanical properties, such as strength and toughness, etc, are improved. After clinical application, it is confirmed that this material has excellent adhesion, but the color is too dark and need to be improved.
