木麻黄乙醚浸提液的分离及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 采用GC-MS技术,比较木麻黄凋落物、根和根际土壤3种浸提液的成分差异和含量差异的结果表明:3种浸提液(凋落物、根系和根际土壤乙醚浸提液)中的有机化合物化学成分有明显差别,凋落物和根际土壤的乙醚浸提液中特有成分分别为维生素E和苯酚;3种浸提液中都含有的成分是羽扇烯酮和羽扇豆醇;羽扇烯酮在浸提液中含量由高到低依次为:凋落物(7.39%),根际土壤(2.65%),根(2.28%);羽扇豆醇在浸提液中含量由高到低依次为:凋落物(3.22%),根际土壤(2.65%),根(2.0%)。 The differences of composition and content of ethylether extracts from the litter, root and rhizosphere soil of Casuarina equisetifolia was compared by using the technique of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC -MS). The results showed that there were significant differences among the three kinds of extracts. The specific component was Vitamin E in litter extracts and phenol in rhizosphere soil extracts. The main common components were Lup -20 (29) -en -3 -one and Lupeol in all the three kinds of extracts. The concentration of Lup -20 (29) - en -3 - one was highest (7.39%) in litter extracts, the second (2. 65% ) in soit extracts, and lowest (2. 28% ) in root extracts. The concentration of Lupeol was highest (3.22%) in litter extracts, the second (2. 65% ) in soil extracts, and lowest (2. 0% ) in root extracts.
