摘要
在Bray—Kurtz浸提法的基础上,通过改变土壤浸提液(即盐酸浓度和氟化铵浓度)、浸提时间及浸提荆的体积,研究适合我国大兴安岭酸性森林土壤有效磷含量的测定方法。结果表明:改良后的Bray—Kurtz浸提法为:以c(NH4F)为0.04mol/L和C(HCl)为0.03moL/L作浸提剂,浸提时间15min,浸提剂的体积为50mL,即土液比为1:10,浸提出的有效磷最完全。改良后的Bray—Kurtz浸提法通过加标回收率试验,回收率达到88.4%-97.02%。通过数理统计分析,该法与经典的双酸浸提法具有极显著的正相关关系,相关系数r=0.989。
On the basis of Bray - Kurtz extraction method, the determining methods of soil available phosphorus were found to be suitable for acidic forest soils in the Great Xing'an Mountain. The methods were conducted by changing the HCI Concentration , NH4F concentration, extraction time and the extract volume. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were: NH4F concentration 0. 04 mot/ L, the HG1 concentration 0. 03 moL/L, extraction time 30min , ratio of sol/d - fluid ratio 1 : 10. The recoveries of spiked sample were between 88.4% and 97.02%. Through the mathematical statistic analysis, the results showed that there were very significant correlations between the improved Bray - Kurtz extraction method and the double acid extraction method, and correlation coefficient is 0. 989.
