摘要
目的：探讨肥胖与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法：对比经病理确诊为内膜癌的患者与４５岁以上正常健康体检妇女的体重指数。结果：内膜癌患者体重指数明显高于对照组。结论：肥胖是子宫内膜癌较为重要的危险因素，而饮食又与肥胖和子宫内膜癌密切相关。
Objective: Todiscusstherelationbetweenobesityandendometrialcancer. Methods: Comparetheweightindexofpatientswithendometrialcancerandcontrols.Thecontrolswereselectedfromamonghealthywomenolderthan45yearsattendingthephysicalexamination.Results: Theweightindexofpatientswashigherthanthatofthecontrols. Conclusion: Obesityisanimportantriskfactorforendometrialcanceranddietisrelatedtoobesityandendometrialcancer.
