摘要
旁路节流调速系统是液压系统不可缺少的一部分,为了更好地了解其系统性能,我们往往对其进行动态特性分析。一般是采用传递函数法建立系统数学模型,但这种方法不但复杂,而且效果不佳。文章采用功率键合图法建立系统数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件进行快速而准确的数字仿真,探讨系统参数对其性能的影响,对研究系统的性能和设计改进具有积极的作用。
The bypass throttle speed-governing is the important part of hydraulic cylinder.We often analyze the system's dynamic character to better understand its performance.As usual it adopts transfer function to establish mathematical model which is complex with inferior result.This paper used power bond graphs to establish the mathematical model and used MATLAB to carry out digital simulation quickly and accurately,as well as explored the influence of systemic parameters on its performance,which plays an important active role in study the characteristic and improving design of the system.
