摘要
结合工程实际,在板桩码头设计中提出减载空箱锚碇桩组合结构,运用竖向弹性地基梁法进行结构分析,并与传统的单锚板桩结构进行对比.分析和应用结果表明:该组合结构通过空箱减载,使墙后土体和码头面可变荷载引起的主动土压力减小,结构内力大幅降低,水平位移减小,提高了结构安全性,并能有效降低工程造价;此组合结构在岸壁式板桩码头工程中有一定的适用性,尤其在工程地质条件差、码头前沿有较大的工艺荷载或工程场地受限制无法设置锚碇的板桩码头工程中更为合适.
Based on the experience in project practices,the composite structure of empty box with shedding load and anchor piles was proposed for building sheet pile wharfs.The vertical elastic foundation beam method was adopted to analyze the structure.The proposed structure was compared with the traditional sheet pile wharf with single anchorage.The analytic results and applications indicate that the proposed composite structure can effectively reduce the active earth pressure induced by the earth behind the wall and the variable load on wharf surface.The internal force of the structure greatly decreases and its horizontal displacement decreases.It improves the structural safety and effectively reduces the engineering cost.The proposed structure is applicable to the construction of bulkhead sheet pile wharfs,especially to the situations with adverse engineering geological conditions and the large load in front of wharfs or the fields which are restrictive and impossible to set anchor piles.
