离子束介导的小麦变异株系染色体行为分析 被引量:3

摘要 经低能离子束将大豆DNA导入新麦九号后获得了4个性状和蛋白质含量基本稳定遗传的第六代变异株系05-5-1,05-49-1,05-61,05-8-1,对其染色体畸变及有丝分裂指数进行了分析和研究.结果表明:1.低能离子束介导的4个变异株系小麦的有丝分裂指数均明显高于对照组.2.离子束介导的变异株系小麦染色体畸变率与对照组相比差异显著,对照组的染色体畸变率为1.02%,而变异株系的染色体畸变率分别为1.70%,1.90%,1.83%,和1.67%.其中畸变类型较多的为末期细胞异常和后期染色体桥,分别占总畸变的56.47%和14.99%.3.离子束介导的小麦变异株系仍有少量的微核细胞及末期细胞分裂呈3束的异常分裂情况.变异株系虽然在性状和蛋白质含量方面表现基本稳定遗传,但染色体行为仍然在变,说明获得的变异材料仍不稳定. The method of low energy ion beam-transformation is adopted to transfer the total DNA of soybean into xinmai9.The research has obtained four D6 of variant lines,05-5-1,05-49-1,05-61,05-8-1.The Characters and Protein content are stable and inheritable,.The chromosomea berrance and mitosisin dexes of the variant lines are analysised and studied.The results show that.(1) The rate of mitosisin dexes of the variant lines are significantly higher.(2) The rate of chromosomea berrance of the variant lines is significant difference with the contrast,The rate of chromosomea berrance of the contrast is 1.02%,The rates of chromosomea berrance of the variant lines are 1.07%,1.90%,1.83%,1.67%.The main type of the berrance are chromosome bridge accounted for 14.99% and bissest accounted for 56.67%.(3)Micronuclenue cells and three-buddle divition are also in the variant lines.
