摘要
热休克蛋白70(Heat shock protein 70,HSP70)是热休克蛋白家族中的重要成员,在保护机体免受环境胁迫、组织创伤以及病原体感染中发挥作用.本文研究了不同肝切除方式对大鼠HSP70表达的影响,结果发现与一次性2/3肝切除方式相比,短间隔连续肝切除(short interval successive partial hepatectomy,SISPH)显著提高HSP70的表达.特别是0-4-8-12和0-36-40-44肝切除方式,短时间连续肝切除对HSP70的表达有累加效应.本文为短间隔连续肝切除模型的推广和应用提供基础资料.
Heat shock protein 70(HSP70) is an important member of the heat shock protein family,which plays an essential role in the process of protecting organisms from environmental stresses,tissue trauma as well as pathogen infection.The influences of different hepatectomy on the expression of HSP70 in rats is investigated in this paper,the results show that short interval successive partial hepatectomy(SISPH) elevated the HSP70 expression apparently in comparision to 2/3 partial hepatectomy.Especially the 0-4-8-12 and the 0-36-40-44 hepatectomy,the successive partial hepatectomy in a short interval time have a accumulative effects on HSP70 expression.This work provides basic data for the application of SISPH.
